How does after-hours drop-off work?
Drive to any of our 3 Arizona locations (Mesa, Scottsdale, Gilbert). Park anywhere out front. Use the secure key-drop box at the front entrance — fill out the small form attached, drop your keys in. We inspect the vehicle the next business morning and call you with the appointment.
Is the key-drop box actually secure?
Yes. Locked, bolted, monitored by camera 24/7, and emptied each business morning. We track every key from drop-off through completion. We've operated 24/7 drop-off in Arizona for years — never a key issue.
Can I drop off on the weekend?
Yes. The drop-off works Saturday and Sunday too. Weekend drop-offs are inspected first thing Monday morning. If your insurance claim is time-sensitive, weekend drop-off lets us start Monday paperwork without you taking a workday off.
Do I need an appointment to drop off?
No. Walk-ins welcome during business hours; key-drop is 24/7 with no appointment. If you'd rather schedule for predictability, call any shop and we'll book a time.
What should I leave in the vehicle?
Keys, plus any insurance/claim paperwork (claim number, adjuster contact, declarations page if you have it). Take valuables home — phones, wallets, sunglasses, garage remotes, registration card. We empty all visible storage at intake but the safest place for your stuff is at home.
Which locations have the 24/7 key-drop?
All 3 active OAB locations: Mesa (1007 S Center St), Scottsdale (3005 N 71st St), Gilbert (3055 E Williams Field Rd). Phoenix is closed.
How fast will my repair start after drop-off?
Same-day inspection if you drop off before 10AM Mon-Fri. After-hours and weekend drops are inspected the next business day before 10AM. If you have an insurance claim, we typically have first contact with the adjuster within 24 hours of inspection.
What if my car isn't drivable?
Call us first — (480) 844-4858 (Mesa), (480) 590-3135 (Scottsdale), (480) 656-9202 (Gilbert). We can coordinate a tow, or your insurance may cover towing under your collision coverage. Don't drive an unsafe vehicle just to make the drop-off — call.
Will someone call me before they start work?
Yes. We never authorize repair without a conversation. After inspection we call you with: damage summary, estimate, insurance status (if applicable), and timeline. Nothing gets touched until you say go.
